**Position Purpose**
Directly supevises hourly AutoZoners working in a specific department of the Distribution Center. Responsibilities include day-to-day supervision of 7-45 employees; includes training, payroll, performance review, discipline, and scheduling of work assignments.
**Primary Accountabilities**
Personnel - Assigning daily duties, performance appraisal, checking clocking procedures to ensure zero payroll errors, restucturing workforce as needed throughout shift.
Productivity - monitoring throughout shift; convey to Zoners their progress and address any problem areas.
OJS - Asesoramiento / capacitación Zoners, resolución de problemas, corrección durante el turno, toma de decisiones. Imparte a Zoners la importancia del trabajo y cómo afecta el rendimiento al éxito o fracaso general del DC en su conjunto.




Zoner Care/Maintenance - administer the welfare of Zoners (providing necessary resources for accomplishing the day's tasks, water for hot days, protection equipment, etc.
Administration - Filing of productivity and Quality Control reports; documentation of employee records
Interdepartmental coordination to ensure a controlled flow of goods, ensuring good practices according to processes, conducting audits.
**Education and Experience**
**Level of Formal Education**:A bachelor degree (BA, BS) or equivalent
**Years of Experience**:Three to five years
**Type of Experience**:Distribution/Warehouse
**Special Certifications or Technical Skills**:Basic computer skills, able to work with Windows-based programs
