Your Role
As Landscape Manager, you will lead Earthworm Foundation's work in the Chiapas landscape, driving collaborative solutions that advance regenerative agriculture, ecosystem restoration, and responsible supply chains. Your main responsibilities will be:
Lead the strategy, planning, and delivery of landscape initiatives and projects in Chiapas.
Build and strengthen partnerships with farmers, companies, government, NGOs, and funders to maximize impact.
Drive business development by identifying new partnerships and funding opportunities.
Lead multidisciplinary teams, manage project budgets,



and ensure high-quality implementation and reporting.
Promote landscape-wide collaboration by bringing together diverse stakeholders around shared sustainability goals.
Champion regenerative agriculture, ecosystem restoration, and resilient farming systems through innovative field programs.
Ensure alignment between local activities and Earthworm Foundation's national, regional, and general strategy.
Contribute to regional learning, knowledge sharing, and the continuous improvement of Earthworm Foundation's landscape approach.
