The Payroll Tax Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accurate calculation, processing, reporting, and compliance of payroll taxes, social security obligations, and statutory employee benefits.
This position supports payroll operations by maintaining accurate employee records, managing tax filings, performing payroll reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The role also serves as a key contact for employee payroll inquiries and external audits.
Key Responsibilities
Social Security & Labor Obligations
Maintain employee records and updates in the SUA (Sistema Único de Autodeterminación).
Process employee social security registrations, modifications, and terminations with IMSS.
Perform monthly and annual social security calculations.
Calculate and process IMSS risk insurance payments.
Manage annual social security reporting requirements.
Prepare annual NIF D-3 labor obligations calculations.
Tax Compliance
Review and validate payroll tax calculations.
Prepare and submit monthly ISN (State Payroll Tax) payments.
