You’re the design leader everyone wants on their team. You’ve got the technical chops and the people skills. You elevate everything you touch and make it look easy. Your energy is contagious, your standards are high, and you genuinely care about building great teams and delivering exceptional work. You don’t wait around for permission—you see what needs to happen and make it happen. You’re customer-obsessed, relationship-driven, and you know how to close deals while keeping clients thrilled.
Do You Have What It Takes?
Bachelor’s degree in design (or equivalent real-world experience that proves you know your stuff)
10+ years crushing it in design, sales,
and team leadership
Serious skills with design tools: AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Vista, 3Ds Max, Lumion, Keyshot, Blender, Unreal—you know the drill
A track record of hitting sales goals and growing business through genuine customer relationships
Natural leadership abilities—you develop talent, manage budgets, and hold people (including yourself) accountable
Team player mentality with the technical expertise to support other departments when needed
Sharp analytical mind, killer communication skills, and grace under pressure
Organizational superpowers and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat
Bonus points: Experience with AI-driven design workflows and deep knowledge of outdoor audio/lighting systems
