We are looking for a proactive, customer-oriented Sales Support - Accountant to join our team in Mexico. In this role, you will support accounting, inventory management, and customer administration while working closely with internal teams, customers, and external partners in a dynamic environment.

Your day-to-day:

Inventory Process Supervision — 30%

Supervising inventory of products, accessories, and spare parts in our own warehouse and at third-party locations
Serial-number control and traceability: receipts, issues, transfers, and allocation to projects and customers
Running cycle counts and physical inventories; investigating and documenting discrepancies
Reconciling physical inventory against the internal system and accounting records
Supervising the returns process and consignment inventory held by partners and installers

Accounting — 40%





Issuing and stamping invoices and payment complements (CFDI); validating tax data as requested by the customer
Reconciling invoices, payment complements, and balances between the accounting system and the internal system
Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable: follow-up, dispute resolution, and aging reports
Bank reconciliation, follow-up on service payments, and downloading invoices from vendor portals
Consolidating accounting information for the external tax firm and responding to its requests
Managing project balances and reporting to management
Monitoring minimum stock levels and obsolescence; inventory and valuation reporting

Administration & Customer Support — 30%

Handling customer requests by phone, email, and ticketing system
Managing and escalating incidents through to closure, with proactive customer follow-up
Handling administrative requests: account setup, data changes, purchase orders, and vendor portals
Resolving invoice disputes with customers and vendors
