Your Role
As Junior Administrator you will supports the day‑to‑day operation, improvement, and adoption of our CRM (Salesforce) and related business processes. This role sits at the intersection of business operations, data, and people. It is not a traditional IT desk role. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Effective Salesforce Operational Support:
- Ensure Salesforce and related tools support daily business operations smoothly.
• High-Quality User Support & Enablement:
- Act as a reliable first point of contact for users regarding processes, usage, and improvements.




- Translate business needs into understandable system concepts and vice versa.
• Active System Development & Continuous Improvement:
- Proactively identify gaps, inefficiencies, or opportunities for improvement.
- Actively participate in various development tasks (e.g., testing, planning, creating and/or updating simple processes)
• Accurate, Clean, and Trusted Data:
- Actively contribute to global data cleaning initiatives.
- Help maintain data quality standards and support stakeholder ownership of data accuracy.
• Up-to-Date System Documentation & Training Materials:
- Create and maintain clear, practical system and process documentation.
- Ensure training materials reflect real usage and support onboarding and change adoption.
