Crear y dar seguimiento a los planes de desarrollo de QA Sr. Engineers, QA Engineers y QA Jr. Engineers.

Dar guía y definir prioridades a Sr. QA Engineers, QA Engineers, Jr. QA Engineer y QMS

Ser co-responsable, en conjunto con los Gerentes de Unidad de Negocio y Manufacturing Manager , de asegurar el cumplimiento de los controles establecidos en el plan de Calidad y Plan de Inocuidad así como de que se mantengan implementados los programas prerrequisito, del Sistema de Calidad y Programa de Excelencia del Producto establecidos por Hershey, guiando a los equipos de las diferentes unidades de negocio en la aplicación de los criterios y en la toma de decisiones basada en riesgos de Calidad e Inocuidad.
