IT PM for QA & Release Tea

e.- Track and follow up cross-stream QA support requests across business and IT streams; monitor status and drive timely resolutio

y.- Maintain and continuously improve process documentation (release processes,
binary patch workflow, QA support intake) on Confluence/SharePoin
