Summary:

El ingeniero de Calidad II se encarga de la aseguranza de la calidad en todos
los procesos de Belden. Se encarga de impulsar la mejora continua utilizando
herramientas de Calidad, green belt, lean manufacturing, A3 y kaizen. Lidera
equipos multidisciplinario en el análisis de la causa raíz con el fin de




resolver las áreas de oportunidad presentadas en los procesos e impulsa
proyectos de mejora.

Requisitos:

* Inglés conversacional indispensable
* Minimo 3 años de experiencia como Ingeniero de Calidad en procesos
productivos
* Experiencia como responsable de de indicadores (KPI)
* Experiencia en auditorías internas y externas en las normas de ISO 9000,
14000, IATF, CSA, UL y ETL
* Expeerincia en manejo de personal (Ingenieros y Tecnicos)
