1. Support the team to achieve the launch deliverables.
2. Ensure basic conditions for new dies
3. To manage and supervise the necessary resources to perform tryouts
4. Follow & lead the corrective actions during tryouts
5. Lead the TL & die makers for launch purpose
6. Coordinate & implement the engineering changes
7. Failure Analysis
8. Responsible for spare parts, suppliers coordination & planning activities
for new dies
9. Dies CAD manage (NX & Smirt) for engineering changes or visual consulting.
10. Provide coaching to die makers for critical die problems

Qualifications
* Experience: (4 years)
* Knowledge in the manufacturing processes stamping plants, as well in the
equipment used for the stamping product production.
* Knowledge in the use of control and monitoring tools to get results.
* Ability to interact with personnel of different organization levels inside
and outside the
* Teamwork
* Delivery on time
* ENGLISH Advanced
