Job Description
Major Function
Reporting to the Director, the Specialist, Program Business Solutions and Analysis serves as a bridge between end users and technical solutions, with a primary focus on building strong relationships with staff in WWF-US Country Offices to understand their reporting and analytics needs. The role translates those needs into effective,



sustainable solutions primarily in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, ensuring data accuracy, usability, and alignment with operational priorities. This position also supports Workday Adaptive Planning reporting, process documentation, system enhancement testing, and user enablement in both English and Spanish.
Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting and Analytics (Primary Focus)
Serves as the primary point of contact with HQ Program Operations and Country office staff (in English and Spanish) to understand business questions, reporting requirements, and decision-making needs.
Design and maintain Power BI and Microsoft Fabric dashboards that provide timely, actionable insights tailored to end-user needs.
Validate report data for accuracy, ensure dashboards reflect correct business needs rules and structures, ad maintain documentation for report logic, definitions, filters, and assumptions.
