About The Role

Are you a visionary energy specialist driven to build a cleaner, more efficient industrial future? As our Energy Continuous Improvement Leader, you will take full ownership of designing, executing, and scaling our permanent corporate energy-saving program across all Focus Factories.



You will act as both a technical authority and a cultural catalyst—identifying high-impact opportunities in cogeneration and renewables, auditing plant operations, and training workforce teams to embed sustainability into daily production. Program Implementation & Strategy: Develop, deploy, and maintain a permanent corporate energy-saving framework, ensuring full compliance with internal energy, environmental, and safety standards.
Project Execution & Engineering: Identify, evaluate, and lead execution for energy efficiency, cogeneration, and renewable energy projects across various Focus Factories.
