ABOUT THE ROLE
This is the most strategic role we are hiring for right now — a full-time, on-site position in Cozumel for someone who can independently own and drive search performance across our entire web portfolio, not execute someone else's checklist. You will build our SEO and GEO (geographic modifier) strategy from the ground up and be trusted to run it with minimal oversight. This is a build-it role: we need someone who can architect the search program, not just maintain it.

You will own organic search across a portfolio of seven-plus web properties supporting a general vision of Christ-centered clinics and communities, beginning with Monticello (FL), Cozumel (MX), and Montreux (Switzerland).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the search strategy end to end — independently set keyword targets, GEO modifiers, and priorities across all properties.




- Design and build the GEO-modifier system for Cozumel, medical-tourism, and behavioral-health intent across the US, Canada, and Mexico.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP gap analysis; decide what content gets created and where it goes.
- Perform on-page optimization across the portfolio: titles, meta, headers, internal linking, alt text, and structure.
- Own local SEO: Google Business Profile, local citations, local schema, and multi-market geographic targeting.
- Run technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexation, site speed, schema, redirects) and direct the Web Developer on fixes.
- Track rankings, organic traffic, and conversions in GA4 and Search Console; report results directly to leadership.
- Manage how GEO modifiers mature over the typical 3–4 month ranking window and adjust proactively.
- Manage backlink profile health, disavows, and ethical link-building.
