Objective of the position:
Drive digital transformation and operational excellence initiatives through data analytics, process automation, business intelligence solutions, and application development.
The position is responsible for identifying improvement opportunities, automating manual processes, generating strategic insights, and developing digital tools that support commercial and operational decision-making across Daimler Truck México.
Indispensable Requirements (Candidates who do not meet these requirements may be discarded):
Experience 1-3 years and level intermediate- Advance in:
Microsoft Excel
Powe BI
Data Modeling
Python
SQL Server
Experience in analyzing, mapping, and optimizing business processes, implementing controls and solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Strong analytical skills for data management and decision-making, with a strategic mindset, effective negotiation abilities, and the capability to collaborate across multiple functions and stakeholders.
English level: B2-C1 (Conversational)
