Responsibilities
:Work with the teams to get them to a higher performance level and deliver greater value by employing coaching and development technique
sLead the scrum ceremonies such as daily standup, sprint refinement, sprint review, retrospective, and backlog refinemen
tGuide the team with Agile methodologies and best practice
sWork with the Team Lead and Product owner to identify and track stories, risks, defects, and impediments using Jir
aRemove impediments, track dependencies, and manage risk
sAssist in resolving conflicts that occu
rCreate, monitor, and review metrics dashboards to measure team performance and help teams improve on processes and efficienc
yPlanning & organizing demo
sPreparing status reports and Executive communication for stakeholder
