Koch Capabilities (KCC) is building a new LATAM Payroll Shared Services capability in Guadalajara, Mexico, and we are looking for a Senior Social Security Specialist to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end Social Security and Housing Fund (IMSS & Infonavit) processes across multiple legal entities while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. In addition to your social security expertise, you will support payroll-related activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within our payroll operations.

What You Will Do
Manage end-to-end IMSS and Infonavit processes for multiple legal entities.
Prepare and submit IMSS and Infonavit audits and statutory filings in compliance with applicable regulations.
Calculate and submit the annual Occupational Risk Premium (Prima de Riesgo de Trabajo).
Coordinate and support audits, inspections, and administrative procedures with IMSS and Infonavit.
Ensure compliance with all social security obligations and reporting requirements.
Support payroll processing activities, including variable compensation calculations.
Investigate, resolve, and monitor government inquiries, special cases, and compliance-related requests.
Partner with internal stakeholders to support internal and external audits.
Calculate employee severance and termination settlements (finiquitos).
Support administration of employee savings fund programs managed through third-party providers.
Identify opportunities to improve payroll and social security processes, controls, and efficiencies.
