**OBJECTIVE**:Responsible for installing, modifying and performing preventive and corrective
maintenance on the Company’s Computer Hardware and Software to keep the availability of the
Information Systems required by the users.
**MAIN FUNCTIONS**:
1. Installs or Supervises Vendors in the Installation of Computers and Peripheral Equipment such
as Monitors, Keyboards, Printers, Disk Drives, Scanners, Mouse, etc. for specific users. Verifies
the System’s Operation.
2. Loads Software Packages such as Operating Systems, Word Processing, Spreadsheet, Data
Bases, Communication Software, etc. in Specific Computers.
3. May provideTechnical Assistance and Training to Systems Users.
4. Responds to User inquiries concerning System Operations and troubleshoots Hardware,
Software and Operator Problems.
5. Recommends or Performs minor corrective actions and refers major Hardware or Software
problems to the Vendor’s service personnel for their solution.
6. Complies with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the Information Systems Function
**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:1 to 3 Years within Computer Systems Maintenance.
