**Your Tasks**:
- Own and shape the digital transformation roadmap of Latin American Factories in Production Centers, ensure creation and delivery of digital transformation roadmap of with a strong focus on value delivery though shopfloor adoption
- Work closely with Global and Factory functions (like utilities, processing, filling & packing or logistics), automation engineering (OT) & manufacturing and IoT process team (IT) to assess the factory need and identify use cases while working like a business translator
- Work closely with Production center directors, factory SPOCs and other stakeholders to ensure governance and timely delivery of Manufacturing Digitalization Roadmap in region and Sustainability use cases globally
- Work as a coach and guide factory digitalization squads to assist them in digital transformation journey by helping them train on business casing, baselining, charter preparation, etc.
- Team member of Regional Engineering, reporting functionally to General Manufacturing Digitalization.
- Provide support for regional initiatives which may be not limited to Digitalization,



but overarching projects related to Regional Engineering Roadmap, which shall not surpass 20% of the time.
**Your profile**:
- **Must be **Graduation/Post Graduation Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or similar required
- Post graduate Diploma in Management/MBA is **desirable**:
- **Should have ~8 years’ total experience **with **~4 years (good to have) **in Digital Manufacturing/Smart Factory/Industry 4.0 is required
- **Must have **experience of working closely with factory operations around Lean and Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing Excellence, Digital focusing on value
- **Must have **demonstrated strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- **Must be **Proficient with Microsoft Office
- **Must be **self-motivated leader to drive operational transformation with a passion for continuous improvement
- **Good to have **experience in agile project management with experience of being a product owner or scrum master
