The Cutover Coordinator shall be responsible for:
▪ Support Cutover Manager for planning of mockups, rehearsal and go-live
▪ Support Cutover Manager for Risk Analysis and definition of mitigating actions
▪ Support alignment of cutover activities with local team lead, other Cutover SPOCs
▪ Support planning of data load phases and execution tracking of data loads
▪ Support definition of fall-back scenarios and workarounds during cutover
▪ Support monitoring & tracking of cutover activities
And as a Test Coordinator shall be responsible for
▪ Support Test Manager and PJMs for planning, setup of test activities
▪ Support definition of test cases with track Test SPOCs, testers and test case upload in Octane




▪ Support coordination for defect dispatching and defect tracking
▪ Support test case automation collection and regression test set up
▪ Support training of track Test SPOCs in project test management tools and processes
▪ Support proper documentation and storage of test results by track Test SPOCs
▪ Support consistent reporting of test progress and issues for test manager and PM
