We're looking for a **Customer Service Representative **_to support in the following activities: _
- Data entry for entering orders, following up on open order items, etc.
- Maintain accurate digital records, files, and communications through data entry.
- Ensure timely and effective responses to emergency service requests.
**Work Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday- Regular Schedule:
8:00 to 17:00 CST MX
- Daylight saving: 07:00 to 16:00 CST MX

**Requirements**:
**MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking).**
- Around 2 years of experience in a call center for American customers.
- Excellent typing skills.
- Experience using a ticketing system.
- Experience handling demanding customers.
