**Your role at Baxter**
**What you'll be doing**
- Provide support for data analytics and reporting tools used by manufacturing operations




- Collaborate with partners to identify and document requirements for new or enhanced features
- Develop and implement test plans to ensure that software changes and enhancements are properly tested prior to release
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users, providing timely and effective communication on status and resolution
- Document and maintain configuration and system information to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to support operations
- Participate in project teams to help design, develop, and implement new solutions to improve our manufacturing operations and deliver training and support to end users on the use of data analytics and reporting tools
- Stay within industry trends and emerging technologies related to manufacturing data analytics and support
**What you'll bring**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
- Two plus years of experience in a data analytics or IT support role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across the organization
- Deep technical skills, including experience with sequel and data visualization tools
- Experience with QA testing and bug fixes
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience with project management and software development methodologie
