* Track the engineering Change Orders (COs) and Deviations through Integral
Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and processes to ensure timely
completion and deployment in multiple regional Enterprise Resource Planning
(ERP) tools.
* Work with the Engineering team for the definition, modification and
improvement of the products, in order to have an accurate Design for
Manufacturability (DFM) and Bill of Materials (BOMs).
* Work with corporate process owners on Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) release and
COs peer reviews.
* Understand and integrate Change Requests (CRs) originated by manufacturing,
operations, and quality necessities.
* Generation and follow up of Deviations (Ds) according to the Fit, Form and
Function analysis.
* Drawings, 3D models and schematics validation for the correct fabrication of
the products.
* Process Control Codes (PCCs) review and definition for the BOMs used in each
production line according to the established capacity, capability and layouts
of these.
* Impact analysis of the COs and Ds that affect the Organization,
coordinating
and establishing the required tasks and activities that need to be carried
out for each department.
* Change Control Board (CCB) management for the excellent implementation of all
the changes.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related
field.
* +6 months of experience in manufacturing or mechanical processes - Internship
is allowed.
* +6 months of experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) - Internship is
allowed.
* Advance English Level - written & verbal.
* Ability to facilitate positive and effective cross-functional relationships
across multiple teams and geographic locations.
* Prioritization and urgency sense.
* Leadership and project-management skills
PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
* The role is primarily placed in a manufacturing facility, requiring regular
