WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
AI Consultant to join our Mexico City office and help enterprises identify,
design, and launch high-value AI agents with measurable outcomes. Sitting at the
intersection of business consulting, AI strategy, and solution design, you'll be
a trusted advisor to our customers — driving their AI strategies, creating AI
adoption roadmaps,
and designing AI agent concepts and specifications. You'll
collaborate cross-functionally with AI engineers, product, solution engineering,
sales, and customer success teams to ensure agents are deployed, scaled, and
delivering high ROI to our customers' businesses.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Collaborate with customers to develop AI adoption roadmaps and identify
potential opportunities for AI use cases.
* Gain a deep understanding of each customer's domain and business processes to
prioritize the most impactful AI use cases, based on business impact and
technical feasibility.
* Translate business problems and opportunities into solution concepts,
requirements, and implementation proposals, with success metrics and
guardrails.
* Design AI agent solutions and redesign workflows around them — removing
repetitive work, unlocking new possibilities.
* Define how AI agents integrate with enterprise systems — CRM, ER
