As the Team Lead EDI US/CA/MX, you will lead EDI operations, customer integrations, and strategic initiatives across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. You will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of business transactions that power our Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain, Customer Operations, Distribution Centers, Finance, and Accounts Receivable processes. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you will serve as a trusted partner to customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams, driving operational excellence, automation, standardization, and continuous improvement across the region.
About the Job
Lead, coach, and develop a team of EDI Analysts, including workload planning,



capability building, performance management, and business continuity coverage.
Oversee implementation, maintenance, and support of trading partner integrations; manage critical escalations and customer-facing issue resolution.
Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Distribution Centers, Logistics, Finance, Accounts Receivable, Order Fulfillment, and IT to translate business needs into effective EDI and integration solutions.
Oversee SAP customer setup and EDI integration activities for US, Canada, and Mexico, ensuring alignment with ANSI X12, UN/EDIFACT, and evolving integration capabilities such as APIs and middleware platforms.
Own Americas EDI prioritization, demand intake, roadmap input, KPI governance, SLA discipline, reporting routines, and operational dashboarding.
Monitor transaction volumes, exception trends, service-level performance, onboarding metrics, and recurring issue patterns to identi
