The Trade Lane Development & Key Account Manager – Korea/Mexico is responsible for driving the growth and development of the Korea–Mexico trade lane across ocean and air freight services while serving as the primary relationship owner for strategic Korean key accounts. This role plays a critical part in expanding market share, increasing revenue, and ensuring service excellence while supporting the successful integration of customers and business operations within DP World.

You'll play a critical role in expanding the Korea–Mexico trade lane, driving commercial growth, building strong customer partnerships, and ensuring service excellence for strategic accounts.

Key Accountabilities





Develop and execute growth strategies for the Korea–Mexico trade lane.
Increase air and ocean freight volumes while expanding market share and profitability.
Identify and convert new business opportunities across key industry sectors.
Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic Korean customers.
Build long-term relationships that drive customer retention and account growth.
Lead business reviews, customer presentations, and commercial negotiations.
Collaborate with Operations, Product, Procurement, and General Teams to deliver best-in-class logistics solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, service quality, and operational performance.
Monitor commercial and financial KPIs to support sustainable business growth.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in logistics,
