The Role
What You’ll Do
Shape the Strategy
Develop and continuously evolve Kyndryl’s RDC real estate strategy
Translate business demand and capacity needs into portfolio plans and transaction pipelines
Lead scenario planning and optimization initiatives (build, consolidate, exit)
Lead Portfolio Performance
Maintain visibility into portfolio footprint, cost, utilization, and risk
Drive cost optimization and footprint rationalization initiatives
Define and track key performance metrics and KPIs
Drive Execution




Oversee the full transaction lifecycle (site selection, lease negotiation, build, exit)
Partner with and govern external service providers and brokers
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to standard
Lead with Data
Champion data accuracy, reporting, and governance aligned to ONE Data strategy
Enable data-driven decision-making
Ensure readiness for audit, compliance, and controls frameworks
Engage Stakeholders
Partner with senior leaders across RDC, Finance, and Operations
Build and present executive-level business cases and recommendations
Translate complex portfolio decisions into clear, actionable insights

Who You Are
What You Bring
10+ years of experience in corporate real estate, infrastructure, or portfolio management
Proven experience managing global real estate portfolios and transactions
Strong background working with third-party service providers (e.g., JLL, Cushman & Wakefield)
Experience leading integral, matrixed
