As a Senior Process Engineer focused on Machine Learning and Automation, you will lead the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions that improve engineering and manufacturing processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to automate repetitive activities, optimize workflows, and increase productivity through advanced analytics and digital technologies. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency, process standardization, and cost reduction.Key Responsibilities
Identify repetitive and manual activities suitable for automation within the Industrial Engineering department.
Analyze current workflows and quantify opportunities for labor reduction, cycle time improvement, and error reduction.
Design,
develop, validate, and implement machine learning and AI-based solutions for engineering and manufacturing support processes.
Work closely with department personnel and cross-functional teams to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
Develop pilot projects, proof of concepts, and business cases for AI/ML applications.
Standardize and document automated processes, validation methods, and user instructions.
Monitor implemented solutions to ensure performance, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
Establish data requirements, data quality controls, and model performance metrics.
Support integration of digital tools with existing engineering and manufacturing systems when applicable.
Provide technical guidance and training to users of new automated solutions.
Lead or support continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives aligned with business goals.
