Iron Mountain is seeking a vision-driven IT Application Support Engineer (L2 Support) - MEXICO to join our Integral Product Support team.
In this role,
you’ll play a key part in maintaining the reliability and performance of our cutting-edge Digital Solutions, serving as the critical bridge between technical execution and customer satisfaction. You will troubleshoot mission-critical software applications, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex incidents. Here, your technical expertise directly ensures our clients can seamlessly manage and unlock value from their physical and digital assets.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Troubleshoot and analyze system issues across cloud platforms to deliver rapid incident resolution.
Act as the Digital Solution Expert on priority incident calls, collaborating closely with Engineering and DevOps teams.
Onboard and configure new clients onto digital applications following established operational procedures.
