**Contact Center Representative**

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our CDMX office.

**What will the typical day be like.**
- Following client specific requirements to meet each clients’ exact needs.
- Achieving team and individual targets (KPIs, SLAs, quality targets).
- Reviewing and updating procedures and documentation.
- Managing client mailbox.
- Cooperates with operations team to resolve open workflows in a timely manner within SLA's
- Is bilingual (English/Spanish)



or trilingual (English/Spanish/Portuguese).
**Skills and experience that will lead to success.**
- You must have a Bachelor's degree.
- Languages**:English and Portugues Advanced**.
- Technological tools: (Word, Excel and Power Point).
- Experience: At least 1 year in similar positions or in customer service.
