Your Role and Responsibilities
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Programming experience required with familiarly of scripting languages such as Python, Perl or similar and use of CPAN and RestAPIs.
- Familiar with Software development process
- Willing to learn new technologies to review development software for presence of open source as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with program managers, IBM attorneys and IBM suppliers to obtain open source approvals on schedule. Advanced English Level.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Familiarity with Open Source software and Cyber Security best practices are highly desirable.
- Experience with Git, GitHub, Java, Perl, Linux, Python, Kubernetes, Docker, tool chains and software build environments
- Open Source licensing and Software Copyright practices are desirable.




- 2-3 years of experience in software development environments with some level of exposure to these preferred skills
