Summary
EON AI Ventures is seeking experienced professionals to drive the global expansion of its AI-powered Work Intelligence platform. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and closing enterprise and government opportunities. We welcome business development professionals with a proven track record selling technology solutions into large organizations, who are eager to grow their portfolio by representing a global AI leader.





Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to expand EON AI Ventures' enterprise customer base across industrial and government markets worldwide.
Identify and secure new business opportunities that align with EON's global growth goals.
Achieve or exceed annual sales targets (minimum expectation: USD 300,000+ per year).
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive lead generation, networking, and partnerships.
Present and demonstrate EON solutions to enterprise decision-makers, showcasing their impact on workforce readiness, training, and operations.
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, executives, and channel partners.
Collaborate with EON's marketing, product, and support teams to deliver a consistent brand and solution experience.
Provide market insights and feedback to internal teams to support product and go-to-market strategy.
