JOB SUMMARY

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to
our growth, we’re looking to add a Sr Program Manager located in Guadalajara,
North Campus

Reporting to the Program Management Manager the Program Manager role will be
In-charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of
customer focused products and services and will hold up development and
implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue
to deliver value to the business and its customers.

What a typical day looks like:

* Coordinates with the CFT the actions necessary for compliance with the




targets agreed with the customer (quality, testing, materials, processes,
etc.)

* Leader for Large NPI projects.

* Will communicate to external customer and upper management for Project status
and day to day activities.

* Will lead multidisciplinary team to achieve the goals negotiated with both
external and internal customers.

* Responsible for customer satisfaction and Project profitability.

* Establish project schedule, financial parameters, and technical requirements,
managing project from initiation through transfer.

* Communicate customer requirements, specifications, project schedule, and
budget constraints to cross-functional teams, including engineers, senior
management, and consultants.

* Develop status reports, including project financials, ensuring project team
is meeting customer requirements and measuring cost control.
