Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
* 8+ years of manufacturing experience in automotive or high-volume production environments.
* 5+ years of leadership experience managing manufacturing operations and cross-functional teams.
* Advanced English (spoken and written).
* Experience in trim, sewing, wrapping, assembly, or similar manual manufacturing processes.
* Able to travel domestically and internationally.
