About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, collaborative, and business-minded Procurement




Counsel to join our Legal Team. The Procurement Counsel will report to Sr.
Corporate Counsel, and will have the strategic ability to oversee and negotiate
key deals and relationships and act as a trusted business partner for the
organization. The idóneo candidate will have experience working in-house for
global businesses, executing and negotiating commercial transactions and
contracts, building processes, and executing efficiently on a day-to-day basis.
You will primarily focus on supporting procurement and vendor negotiation and
onboarding, partnering closely with internal teams such as marketing,
engineering, and finance to align contracts with business needs. You will
frequently interact with internal stakeholders and external parties, creating
relationships based on trust while helping Mixpanel navigate the business
environment, challenges, and objectives.
