Responsibilities
Garantizar las actividades sobre mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo del equipo bajo su responsabilidad para asegurar así la operación de la planta. Administrar recursos humanos y materiales de acuerdo a las prioridades.
Supervisar las actividades de mantenimiento correctivo y preventivo
Elaborar análisis de causa raíz para eliminar problemas crónicos y repetitivos en los equipos
Seguimiento a órdenes de mantenimiento preventivas y correctivas
Proponer mejoras con el fin de prevenir o reducir posibles fallas en los equipos
Complimiento con los requerimientos del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad y Sistema de EHS
Administrar al personal para asegurar la operación de la planta
Aceptar y ser impulsor del Sistema de Medio Ambiente
Apoyar activamente el cumplimiento de la política del sistema de medio ambiente
