Position: Senior Project Manager & Automation Squad Leader
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager & Automation Squad Leader to pilot strategic internal projects for T-Systems Mexico. This role has full accountability for project delivery, including scope, budget, quality, risks, and stakeholder management.
The Senior PM & Automation Squad Leader acts as a key decision-maker, provides leadership to Project Managers and Project Leaders, and ensures alignment with organizational objecttives and OKRs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead end-to-end delivery of complex internal IT projects




· Define project strategy, scope, objectives, success metrics, and delivery roadmap
· Own project governance, budget control, timelines, and quality standards
· Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies
· Manage senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and value delivery
· Ensure adherence to PMP, Agile Scrum, ITIL, and OKRs methodologies
· Identify high-impact automation opportunities to maximize ROI, productivity, transforming in Lean Business Processes and quality improvements.
· Drive adoption of advanced automation capabilities, including RPA, workflow platforms, low-code solutions, and AI-enabled automation.
· Position automation as a core enabler of operational excellence and digital transformation
· Lead and develop a high-performing, multidisciplinary automation squad.
