POSITION SUMMARY
The Hub Site Manager is an operational role and will be responsible to support operations and initiatives in the regional AMER support hub located in Monterrey, Mexico, through the follow up and closure of projects that are aligned with the HUB strategy and all its stakeholders, making sure the facility provides a safe environment and the talent have everything to deliver successfully and within the right cost.
This position focuses on three core areas: Facilities enablement, Hub attractiveness, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. The role requires a hands-on professional who can connect with internal businesses, execute on the hub strategy, and demonstrate through results that the centralized model delivers value.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Goal 1: Facilities – Enable R&D;, Engineering & NPDI Businesses
The Hub Site Manager is the operational link between the businesses housed at the hub and the facility services that support them. The focus is on understanding what teams need and delivering practical solutions.
Connect directly with R&D;, Engineering,



and NPDI business leaders to understand their operational, space, and infrastructure needs.
Translate business requirements into actionable facility projects (lab setups, workspace reconfigurations, equipment installations, IT infrastructure, etc.).
Coordinate with Facilities, EHS, IT, and Procurement teams to execute solutions on time and within budget.
Ensure the facility provides a safe, compliant, and productive environment for all hub occupants.
Manage day-to-day facility operations including vendor coordination, maintenance follow-ups, and service level monitoring.
Provide oversight of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics activities to ensure operational continuity.
Collaborate with Supply Chain and Logistics teams to improve material flow, inventory accuracy, and transportation processes.
