In this role, you will join an established, high-performing engineering environment at Forte, collaborating across international teams to deliver scalable software architectures and seamless user experiences. You will lead a dedicated engineering pod embedded within an enterprise product ecosystem, driving the modernization of a large-scale compliance and administration suite using an AI-first delivery methodology with cutting-edge tools.

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will contribute to its success by owning end-to-end technical delivery, aligning closely with client technical leadership to enhance established architecture, driving pod autonomy,



and optimizing AI context templates to maximize engineering throughput and team velocity.

Key Competencies
Lead the re-platforming and modernization of complex enterprise application pages from legacy server-rendered architectures to a modern, high-performance component stack.
Enforce rigorous quality standards across unit testing, Playwright automated regression/parity validation, WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, and Snyk security compliance gates.
Establish frontend performance discipline (render efficiency, memoization, code-splitting, bundle size optimization) to ensure modern interfaces exceed legacy responsiveness benchmarks.

Mandatory Technical Skills
10+ years of production software engineering experience with deep expertise in Java (Spring Boot 4.0 / Java 25)
React experience with TypeScript, and frontend performance profiling, along with a proven track record migrating legacy stacks (JSP or similar).
Deep knowledge of AWS infrastructure, Hands-on experien
