For this position, we offer an annual salary of €63,000 to €68,000 (gross, full-time), depending on experience and qualifications.

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join our Business Unit Wind in the newly established Staff Department.



You will be driving country-level growth strategies, and supporting operational excellence across regions. The adecuado candidate will be a strong communicator, capable of engaging with senior leadership and preparing strategic insights for the board.

This position can be filled anywhere in Europe with an ENERCON office.

Your Tasks

Strategic Governance & Project Leadership: Support the execution of strategic initiatives within the Business Unit and prepare analyses and presentations for senior management and board meetings
Market Strategy & Execution: Contribute to the development and implementation of country-specific market strategies (entry & expansion), as well as support go-to-market initiatives and business development activities
Performance Monitoring: Track implementation progress and monitor key performance indicators to ensure measurable outcomes
Customer & External Engagement: Participate in customer events and
