About The Role
We are hiring a Software Engineering Lead to help establish and guide a newly formed squad in Mexico that supports a critical module within a globally used SaaS platform.

The successful candidate will bring experience leading engineering teams while maintaining strong technical credibility and contributing to architectural decisions, technical problem solving, and delivery execution.
This individual will partner closely with Engineering Managers, Product Leaders, and globally distributed engineering teams to help scale delivery capabilities, mentor engineers, and support the evolution of a highly visible SaaS platform used by customers worldwide.
Responsibilities
Build and lead a new cross-functional squad (Software + QA Engineers) in Mexico.
Provide day-to-day technical leadership and mentoring for engineers.
Own technical direction for key modules, influencing architecture and design decisions.
Lead technical discussions and collaborate with stakeholders on engineering strategy.
Support the delivery of scalable SaaS solutions used by customers globally.
Unblock complex production challenges and support troubleshooting activities.
Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews,
