Lead and manage sales strategies for the Walmart account, developing and executing commercial plans to achieve the company's sales, profitability, and growth objectives.

What will you do?
• Achieve sales (revenue and volume) and profitability targets by negotiating pricing, volumes, and commercial terms with Walmart.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at Walmart through regular business reviews, meetings, and presentations to drive business growth and strengthen the partnership.
• Develop a deep understanding of consumer behavior, customer needs, and market dynamics to identify business opportunities and maximize category performance.
• Prepare and follow up on commercial proposals and quotations, negotiating pricing and commercial conditions based on business opportunities, sales volume, and profitability objectives.




• Manage PSI (Purchasing, Sales, and Inventory) to ensure effective planning, inventory control, and product availability.
• Prepare and maintain sales forecasts to ensure timely order fulfillment and healthy inventory levels, proactively proposing initiatives for slow-moving products.
• Drive Sell-In and Sell-Out strategies to maximize business performance and achieve commercial objectives.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional campaigns in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
• Monitor key business indicators, including sales performance, profitability, accounts receivable, on-time delivery, competitor activities, and market pricing to identify opportunities, implement corrective actions, and ensure business objectives are achieved.
