Requirements:
Experience in Process Excellence, Quality, Continuous Improvement, PMO, or IT Service Management.
Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and change management skills.
Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, CMMI, or similar frameworks.
Advanced English communication skills.
Ability to influence teams and drive organizational adoption of best practices.
Responsibilities:
Lead the adoption of processes, practices, tools, and technologies in projects/services managed by Softtek to improve their effectiveness and productivity.
It includes agreeing, negotiating and committing to the client the set of processes, practices and technologies to be adopted for the contract; teach, train, coach/supervise, audit their adoption
Lead continuous improvement and innovation processes within the contract.
