Execute their portfolio of projects and services in a predictable manner with regards to revenue, GM, and cash with high levels of customer satisfaction
Enable the organization to profitably scale and handle broader, more complex projects and services
Use prior knowledge of the project and service execution process to structure winnable deals working with Sales
Often lead the proposal efforts for new opportunities applying lessons learned and newly improved practices to enable more competitive offers
Ensures competitive, “best cost” development working with PROJECT MANAGERS and Engineering Leader or Service Leader on opportunity that balances execution plan and risk with cost
Facilitates discussions with Sales to determine Delivery value, and builds project/services teams that capitalize on value recognized by customer
