We are looking for an experienced Solution Engineer to support our business across the US and LATAM. This role partners closely with Sales to acquire new customers and serves as the account lead for assigned customers throughout their lifecycle.
From discovery and solution design to onboarding, campaign execution, and long-term growth, you will own customer success on the ground. You will build strong relationships with customer stakeholders, understand their business objectives, drive product adoption, solve complex challenges, and identify opportunities to expand the partnership.
This role requires a strong background in performance marketing and a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Meta and Google Ads. You should be comfortable discussing campaign strategy with marketers, leading product onboarding, troubleshooting business challenges, and collaborating with Product and Engineering to deliver customer outcomes.
Success in this role is measured by customer satisfaction, revenue growth, product adoption, renewals,
and your ability to help Sales close and expand enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Own Customer Accounts
Serve as the account lead for assigned enterprise customers across the US and LATAM.
Build strong relationships with marketers, media teams, and decision-makers.
Understand customer business goals and ensure Pixis delivers measurable value.
Own customer communication and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.
Partner with Sales
Partner with Sales Executive throughout the sales cycle.
Lead discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and solution design.
Support technical and business evaluations during enterprise sales processes.
Help drive successful closures by addressing customer requirements and objections.
Lead Customer Onboarding
Own end-to-end onboarding and implementation for new customers.
Configure Pixis products to align with customer goals and advertising strategies.
