As the Head of OPEX at OESL, you will lead the implementation and deployment of the OESL Business System (CBS) while driving Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives across the plant. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational performance, optimize processes, reduce costs, and promote a culture of operational excellence.
Requirements
Advanced knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
Strong understanding of Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Experience with Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Gemba Walks, and Standard Work.
Knowledge of Six Sigma tools and structured problem-solving methodologies.
Project Management experience.
Experience analyzing KPIs and manufacturing performance metrics.
Knowledge of cost reduction and productivity improvement strategies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
SAP knowledge is desirable.
Power BI knowledge is desirable.
Ability to travel when required.
