Your Role:

We are looking for a Quality Group Leader (Customer Care) to lead customer quality relationships, ensuring timely and effective responses to customer requirements, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with automotive quality standards. This role will be key in strengthening customer satisfaction, maintaining strong performance metrics, and developing a high-performing Customer Care team.

Our Team:

You will be part of the Quality team at Molex Guadalajara, working closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, and general customers to ensure compliance with Customer Specific Requirements, the effectiveness of corrective actions, and excellence in supporting strategic customers.

What You Will Do:

Lead the Customer Care Quality team in daily operations and priority management.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic automotive customers.
Coordinate customer audits and ensure successful outcomes.
Manage and monitor customer scorecards, quality metrics, and improvement plans.



Serve as a mentor and coach in problem-solving methodologies and 8D reporting.
Ensure timely and effective completion of 8D reports while preventing recurring issues. Drive corrective and preventive actions resulting from customer complaints and warranty issues.
Ensure compliance with Customer Specific Requirements.
Prepare performance reports and present results to leadership and customers.
Promote a culture of quality, continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and regulatory compliance.
Support 5S, EHS, Quality, and Operational Excellence initiatives.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Quality within the automotive, medical, or advanced manufacturing industry.
Direct experience in Customer Quality, Customer Care, or customer-facing quality functions.
Experience leading technical quality teams.
Strong knowledge of Quality Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, Con
