ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Virtual Assistant to support
a thriving business in the essential home services sector. This is a 100%
remote, full-time position offering competitive compensation with a clear

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Customer Support (KPI Target): Serve as the primary point of contact for
customer inquiries, maintaining a strict 2-minute SLA for response times.
* Dispatching & Logistics: Efficiently manage and dispatch service technicians,
optimizing schedules and routes for timely client appointments.
* Data Management: Log service requests, update customer records, and maintain
accurate dispatching information across relevant systems in real-time.
* Client Communication: Communicate proactively with clients regarding service
status, appointment confirmations, and any potential delays.
* Issue Resolution: Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to
ensure high levels of satisfaction and brand trust.
* Team Collaboration: Collaborate directly with field teams to ensure seamless
service delivery and operational alignment.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience: Proven track record in a customer service or dispatching role,
specifically within a service-oriented industry (e.g., HVAC, plumbing,
electrical).
* Technical Proficiency: Direct, hands-on experience and comfort navigating
ServiceTitan is strictly required. High proficiency with schedul
