We are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the ongoing evolution of a large-scale eCommerce mobile platform. This role will be instrumental in translating business objectives into actionable product requirements, enabling engineering teams to deliver scalable, user-centered solutions while maintaining a seamless customer experience.
This is more than a documentation role. We're looking for someone who enjoys collaborating across product, engineering, QA, and business teams, driving clarity throughout the delivery process and helping transform complex business needs into well-defined solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and engineering teams to understand business goals, user needs, and product requirements.
Elicit, analyze, and document functional requirements, business rules, user stories, and acceptance criteria.




Facilitate backlog refinement and grooming sessions, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, estimated, and prioritized.
Support backlog management by maintaining high-quality documentation and helping drive product priorities.
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams.
Collaborate with QA teams to define acceptance criteria, testing scenarios, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Identify risks, dependencies, blockers, and process improvement opportunities throughout the software development lifecycle.
Contribute to product roadmap discussions by providing business insights and helping prioritize initiatives that maximize customer value.
Promote Agile best practices while ensuring transparency, alignment, and effective communication across distributed teams.
