* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 7 years of experience in partner enablement, channel management, or sales
training within the cloud computing or technology sector.
* Experience leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and learning technologies
to build and automate general training initiatives.
* Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and other business
teams to execute programs.
* Experience as a people manager.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally and externally.
* Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a broad set of stakeholders in a
changing and rapidly growing environment.
* Proven track record of driving organization growth through building skills
and innovative programs.
