The Mission
Your mission will be to lead and scale We Resolve’s operations in Jamaica, serving as the vital link between local field execution and corporate Headquarters in Spain. Reporting directly to executive leadership in Spain, you will ensure our high-volume industrial laundry facilities and hotel maintenance operations run at peak performance, managing local talent, reporting performance results to the Group's Management Committee,
and driving the strategic goals set by the board.

? Operational Excellence & Laundry Systems
Facility & Plant Mastery: Oversee end-to-end maintenance programs for hotel infrastructure and high-volume laundry operations to ensure zero downtime and maximum output.
Continuous Improvement: Audit workflows, technical processes, and plant performance to unlock productivity, boost service quality, and reduce operational drag.
Regulatory & Energy Leadership: Ensure 100% compliance with safety, environmental, and energy-efficiency standards across all managed sites.

Budget & Capex Ownership: Develop, monitor, and defend operational budgets and Capex investment plans, taking decisive action to maximize profitability.
